His family immigrated to the United States from Jamaica when he was a child. Marvin Smith's front row seat to his mother's hard work, sacrifice and commitment to making a better life for her children instilled an unshakable, steady work ethic.

While many of his peers did not attend college, he earned an Associates and then a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management. With twenty years in Information Technology under his belt, he is the founder and CEO of Nxus Cloud, an MSP and Cloud Service Provider. We talk about cybersecurity, Russian hacking and more.
