Anthony McNeil is a huge NASCAR fan. He thinks we should all give it a new look. He served 20 years with the Southfield Police Department (Michigan) before retiring. He shares some poignant and funny tales from the other side of the badge.

During his time on the job, Anthony was awarded numerous departmental citations and merits... Including being named, ""Everyday Hero"" by local TV station WDIV. After retiring in 2013. Anthony went on to grow his janitorial business which he started in 1995. Since retiring his entrepreneur side has blossomed into several other businesses, including The Everyday Heroes Podcast Network, We Black Fathers and a Metro PCS Mobile phone store.

He's been married to his wife Nikki for 30 years. Besides being a devoted husband and father, Anthony also enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and traveling.

Favorite song: Sexual Healing.

Favorite words: Everything happens for a reason, good, bad or otherwise.
