Do you find yourself thinking about food more than you would like to? Whether it's what should we have for dinner or I shouldn't have eaten that or I need to go on a diet because I'm not happy with my body..... The list can go on and on, right?

I used to think food freedom was getting to my ideal weight and then I would exercise enough to be able to eat what ever I wanted. After over 20 years of working this unsuccessful program I finally realized this wasn't going to work, admitted I had a food addiction and found a program that has served me well for 2.5 years!
