Emily Hatfield is a Mindset Coach from Bristol, England. Through her work she helps people shift their mindset from feeling lost, empty or directionless to feeling more confident in who they are, where they are and what they need to change to feel happier.

With a background in Media production Emily found coaching after finding herself in her mid twenties in a chapter in life where she was stripped of her community and her career and everything she had until then identified herself with. She now uses this experience as the foundation for her coaching career by helping people re-identify with who they are by helping them identify their values, understand and challenge the stories they tell themselves, and find their truth.

Truth - being clear of our own values and identity; the stories we tell ourselves and the stories told us which can only be validated in the future

Coaching - should be forward-focused thinking; it is not what happened to us that makes us, it is more of our choice

Happiness - there is no specific formula other than accepting and celebrating one's own values, beliefs, and uniqueness

Quest for peace/identifying what's poking at your peace - coaching is one great way to start; choose and take time to invest in yourself to pause and notice

Fear-setting - identity what you are scared of or worried about; set them aloud, prevent it, prepare how to face it and respond to it, and finally find ways how to repair

If you wish to do better at work, to identify what it is that you really want or if you want to find yourself again, it will be hard to do it on your own. You will need someone to guide you and to provide you with the company and support system. That is why coaches like Emily are there - to help you take the micro-steps and achieve micro-changes and form micro-habits which will impact your whole life. If you wish to connect with her, catch her on her own website www.emilyhatfield.co.uk or on Instagram @emilyhatfieldcoaching.
