Ryan Bean shares how being an observer of life, rather than a reactor to life is where your power is.

In episode 20, Ryan takes us on a deep dive into breathe work and cold immersion therapy and how both can create new pathways that can help train your nervous system and improve your relationship with yourself and others. He shows us a 2 minute technique to break your parasympathetic dominance and take you out of your "fight or flight" response. Ryan also discusses integration and how important that is to make a lasting change in your life.

Ryan is a Navy veteran that is now a RYT500 Yoga Instructor, Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Language of Breath Collective Founder, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Guide, Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer and Retreat Leader. Ryan is also the host of a mindful topics based podcast; "Life As An Observer". He received his yoga training at the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India. Ryan teaches many styles and modalities from the powerful flow of Budokon Yoga, to a gentle trauma informed and sensitive practice. Incorporating Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) into each practice. Ryan is passionate about being in nature and using holistic approaches toward healing the mind, body and soul. Ryan brings a unique style, incorporating the traditional, spiritual practices, new breathwork techniques, and live music with the playful and creative practice. Ryan's classes and workshops are a mixture of spiritual, playful, and safely guided to help you grow and evolve into the you, you know you can be.
