I'm very excited to have Shawn Quigg on my 7 Figure Real Estate Podcast who is from Toronto, ON. Shawn is a lawyer and practices his profession in Real Estate Investing and Corporate Law.
Prior to a life of Law, Shawn had an interesting career as a private investigator! Which eventually led him to becoming the youngest Hearings Officer at the Canada Border Services Agency where Shawn represented the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness in immigration proceedings.
At this point, Shawn realized the study of Law was the life direction he wanted to take. After specializing in eastern European organized crime proceedings and earning his Law Degree, Shawn decided to continue his love of learning and earn his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Windsor.
It is no surprise that Shawn's extracurricular activities would be just as active as his educational background. Shawn is a real estate entrepreneur with his own small real estate company and an active investor in the real estate investing (REI) world.
Shawn helps real estate investors in BRRR investing, Wholesaling, flipping houses, buy and hold investing, joint venturing and private lending.
Although Shawn is licensed to practice his law in Ontario he can help you draft the strategies related to structuring the deals, partnership options and wholesaling Or refer to his network.
