How can you begin putting energy back towards yourself? It's more challenging than most would think! Especially after being in the habit of putting others first decade after decade. Initially, the attempt of putting self-first can bring up more feelings of guilt rather than satisfaction. These feelings can often derail the new habit, and I encourage you to keep pace with real gumption towards this goal!
