Today, Bethany is diving into the topic of health with functional nutrition health coach, Traci Zizza. Traci and her husband are the owners of Zizza Nutrition, and she has been a strong motivational and informational force in Bethany’s life.

After she had her children, Traci realized that more than just her outward appearance, her body didn’t feel the way she thought it should. She was irritable and tired and wanted to make a change for her health and her family. She went to doctor’s appointments, and they all told her everything was fine, but she knew that something needed to change and that she could find a way to achieve peace in her body.

Traci discovered functional and holistic nutrition, and it changed her life. Now, she and her husband dedicate their time to helping others find peace in their body and take charge of their health.
