It’s so easy to get caught up in the chaos of everyday life that we get overwhelmed, let things slip that need to be done, and we lack the quality time that our families need in order to thrive.

So what can we do to automate some of the things that eat up our time and as a result, leave space for what matters most?

Today, we are sharing some practical ways we’ve begun to automate our lives. When we get wrapped up in the busyness of life, it can feel like we are spiraling out of control. We then get overwhelmed and irritable, and we are left depleted when we finally have the time to sit down and enjoy our families.

We hope that as you listen, you are encouraged to make an intentional effort to be proactive with your time. If we can relinquish a little bit of control of certain aspects of our lives by automating them, the payoff will be that we are ultimately less stressed and more available for the people that matter most to us.

Episode Highlights:

  • Dealing with things that are out of your control
  • The gift of presence - being intentional
  • We were all called to do different things
  • Being Proactive vs. Reactive
  • Don’t get caught up in the chaos
  • Put it on the calendar
  • Ordering your groceries online
  • Subscribing to necessities
  • Utilizing bill pay
  • Meal planning
