Don't delegate communication (too early)

I did that mistake several times. And I really understand today that too many CEOs want to save time by delegating the communication. Why? Because it's not easy, it requires to work on our public speaking skills... But who is more qualified than the CEO to talk about a said company? No-one! Even Mark Zuckerberg learned to do it and he wasn't very good on the beginning... So of cours we can delegate some social media post or small things, but the main messages about the strategy, the brand, new version fo the product... etc It has to be share by the CEO. Now if you have this little voice in your head who says: "Yeah but I don't have time for this" Then just tell her: "No need to think for hours to turn on your smartphone and shoot a selfie.
