To master any skill, we have to go through a 3 steps process. I recently discover that process, thanks to Tony Robbins. - First, when we discover and understand a new skill, we often have the illusion to master that skill. But often we fall into the « I know mind » pitfall. - The second step, is when we feel doing things and when we understand the process enough to get action and repeat until we master it. - And last, the third level, is when we know things by heart.
