Launching a startup without CTO or technical co-founder, it's hard, but not impossible!
In fact, you have much more chance to succeed without tech co-founder than to partner with someone you don't know yet.
What really matter for any startup founder, wether you have a tech co-founder or not, It's to really understand what a CTO does or would do in the early stage of a company.
