How often do we hear it: "I don't have time for X, no time for Y..."

But behind this common sentence, there are two hidden reasons:

1) Either we don't like to do something

2) Either we don't know how to do effectively, what we should do.

Often it's a bit of both, because we can be afraid of the time it could take to do this famous task. Simply because we are not efficient at the moment.

So, in the end, what really counts is to do the tasks that have the most impact on our business and that make us grow.

Personally, I don't see any benefits in bookkeeping and I have been delegating this for years.

On the other hand, delegating strategic tasks such as communication can be a mistake. The CEO is the one who has to communicate his values, his know-how and his expertise.

And it just requires practice... without looking for perfection...

If you want to become better with basketball you need to shoot thousands times, not to calculate during 2 minutes what will be the trajectory of the ball...
