Taqiyya is someone who is close to my heart. I admire her so much from her creativity, perseverance, and her love for her family. I am a proud friend cause she now owns her own clothing brand MAEN KAEN that provide ethnic ready - to - wear clothes incorporated with Indonesia's kain tenun. She shared her passion through MAEN KAEN, as it was merely a final year project but she decided to continue the brand herself. It was also challenging as she currently study in New York city and her business is back in Indonesia, but through her dedication, love, and support from her family and friends she was still able to juggle her business and studies. Not forgetting her tips for upcoming fashion entrepreneurs in Indonesia and how it's like having to run your own clothing line in this fast moving industry.
