Antibiotics were once doled out like candy to anyone who had an ouchy tooth or metal in their body. Now, we know better... sorta. Sue Scherer joins the podcast this week to talk about what our responsibility is as dental professionals for understanding and knowing proper use and administration of antibiotics, and how one commonly used antibiotic has really gone on to seriously hurt and kill people.
