We are straying from beer this week and taking a deep dive into fine cider! With breweries doing collabs with cider makers, we thought you’d like to know a bit more about this apple-based beverage.

We talk you through how cider making differs from brewing and some of the lingo you need to know when choosing a cider to try.

Cider tasting is a lot like beer tasting so we talk you through a selection of ciders we though were interesting including:

One the Beech 2020 by Little Pomona

Three collabs from Three Hills and Saxby’s

A gose inspired cider from Hogans Cider

Are you a regular cider drinker? What would you recommend to us?
