I've been thinking about how life works and am fascinated by the 'laws of life'. For example, take the life principle Consistency Beats Intensity. Which leads to better results?

  • Exercising moderately 30 minutes a day or intensely for several hours on a Saturday.
  • Practicing piano 20 minutes a day or an hour every Sunday.
  • Reviewing your study notes a little each day or ignoring your notes and then cramming for the test the night before.
