IS ADHD AN ADDICTION? is an exploration into the world of out-of-control 'distractions'. Since there is a 95% overlap between the symptoms of Trauma and ADHD... we might as well look at the possibility that not being able to control our distractedness might be more of an addiction than a brain disorder. The APA and the NIH agree that addictions are behavioral disorders and since we call 'ADHD behavior' 'symptoms', we should look deeper into those behaviors that won't allow us to pay attention (aka being distracted).
