Hi Everyone! Welcome to another week at Advise Just Got Real. This week Liz and I got round the dining table to answer more of your dilemmas, so the sound quality is back to normal (thats our normal, clearly not professional levels just yet ;). We discuss cat poo, expensive Christmas presents, fashion choices, and horrible waffles - as always an eclectic mix! And this week you have the added bonus of various sound effects from my dog Hercules.

This week we have been:

- Using free samples of uber expensive beauty products (thanks Hollie's family!)
- Jumping up and down in autumn leaves, using Hollie's non plussed children as an excuse
- Enjoying the simple things in life: like a freshly washed dog (in honey and almond scented dog shampoo)
- Getting excited about barley and putting it in everything
- Planning Halloween! Chocolate apple anyone?
