Nathan attended pre-engineering at Purdue University before graduating from the University of Michigan with a BBA. After a 25-year career as a commercial lender, he left to pursue real estate investing full-time. A diverse portfolio of assets has been accumulated in three states, including Multifamily, seller-financed / rent-to-own properties, and short-term and corporate rentals (owned and arbitrage). He also recently started a debt placement company with former banking colleagues to add an income stream. Nathan believes two of the most important skills to succeed in real estate are adaptability to the changing markets and taking repeated action.
