This episode of Akasha Speaks continues our Healthy Skin Series where we discuss the need to Wash Your Face Daily. It will highlight a few tips to help keep acne at bay by encouraging you to cleanse your skin twice daily and introduces the Dual Cleanse Method for cleansing and clearing skin. The first and most important rule isn't groundbreaking: Remember to wash your face! Cleansing and treating your skin twice a day is the best way to keep breakouts away. Why? Regular cleansing is an essential part of getting and maintaining clear skin. Your skin protects your internal from the external: pollutants, bacteria, dead skin, dirt, etc., and prevents water loss. Proper skin cleansing clears pores of debris to prevent dirt buildup, allowing the sebum oil to reach the skin surface unimpeded; decreasing the chances of a breakout. ⠀⠀ We're Crowdfunding!
