8. My go to tools for navigating mental Health Challenges

In Episode 8 I am getting a bit vulnerable and sharing my mental health challenges with you. This episode is a bit raw as I recorded it after a tough morning. I felt called to share my challenges with you and how I navigate those challenges day to day.
I am a Highly Sensitive person and feel things very deeply. Pair that with my current struggle with Insomnia and I often feel very extremely overwhelmed. These challenges most often hit me in the mornings. So in this episode I wanted to share with you my go to tools and practices that I turn to on those difficult mornings when I am experiencing these feelings.
The tools I share with you today are journaling, walks/being in nature, breathwork, movement, prayer/spiritual guidance, expressing emotion, and a few more!
My hope is that you can add one or all of these to your life to help you when you're feeling challenged, stressed, overwhelmed, etc.. And also that this episode may help you understand and support those in your life who have these and other challenges.
