Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. White Grievance is big business. And it's increasingly becoming a more reliable winning strategy on the right. As more and more "Trumpists" are elected to political office, we're beginning to see conspiracies like "The Great Replacement Theory" and "white erasure' be mainstreamed by heroes of the right like Tucker Carlson, Elon Musk and Trump himself.
These are no longer the fringe rantings of unhinged political extremists -- these are widely accepted conservative beliefs that are picking up steam with the help of some of the nation's most prominent conservative voices.
And White Grievance has real world consequences. On multiple occasions, the dissemination of these harmful philosophies has led to mass murder. We're going to talk about what we can do to combat this pervasive ideology.
