Today I have the honor of introducing you to my friend and one of the most badass women I’ve ever known:
- She has been involved in the yoga industry for over ten years, first as a teacher and later as a brand manager for Lululemon.
- What she noticed was a gaping hole: yoga teachers could not make a living doing what they loved. To change all of this, she founded Ritual Hot Yoga in 2015.
- Ritual is premised on the idea that teachers should be compensated for their talent by having the opportunity to work full-time, and offered salaries and benefits that reflect the skill and dedication it takes to teach.
- She is making it her life's work to revolutionize the yoga industry and we couldn’t be more excited to have her here.
