The ALSpathways.com Podcast Series from Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America offers patients and caregivers practical advice on a variety of topics related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS. These podcasts provide an overview of ALS and how it affects the body. The podcast series also offers helpful tips for caring for a loved one who has the disease, as well as helping them manage their symptoms.
Each episode is hosted by Jodi O’Donnell-Ames — a former caregiver to her late husband who battled ALS for 6 years. Jodi O’Donnell-Ames is also the founder of a non-profit organization devoted to helping others impacted by ALS.
Over the course of the series, listeners will have the opportunity to take breaks to reflect on what they have learned. During these breaks, listeners will also get to hear additional support tips that may help them prepare for the road ahead.
