Judy Hoberman gave corporate a try after years of entrepreneurship and ultimately realized it wasn’t for her. She is President of Judy Hoberman and Associates, a company focused on empowering professional women. Listen as she shares her story and amazing advice for up and coming entrepreneurs.

Women want to be treated equally, not identically. Which is why she’s helping women amplify their voices in their way. While she can work with others, she prefers the world of entrepreneurship because she can help in a way that works for her.

Not being accountable to a boss allows her the freedom to come up with individualized solutions for each of her clients.

It wasn’t always easy however. When she found her way back to entrepreneurship, she had to rebuild her relationships and pipeline and it took longer than she anticipated. This is one of the reasons that she believes in building relationships before you need them.

Judy has so many amazing nuggets of wisdom to share. Listen in to hear them all and learn what her biggest distraction from business is. (It’s a super cute one!)

Don’t be afraid to do the unexpected.
