Relationships, at their core, are about relating – with other people, our surroundings, our past, our future. But the truth is, most of us kinda suck at it! Enter the spiral of emotional dysregulation…

In this episode, Megan Bhatia gets right to the juicy center of relating and its role in safety, power dynamics, and agreements in our relationships. Some of what we cover:

  • Recognizing & managing emotional dysregulation

  • Head knowledge vs. embodied knowledge

  • Jealousy in non-monogamy

  • Creating safety in our relationships for "No"

  • Navigating feelings of rejection

  • The dom and sub within ourselves

  • When one partner's trigger sets off another's & more

From monogamy to polyamory, kinky to vanilla, and even in our non-romantic relationships, understanding the nature of relating can change *everything!*
