I've been reflecting a lot and compiled a list of 40 lessons from my 40 years on this planet.
And let me tell you...40 feels nothing like I imagined.
When I was young, I thought 40 was ancient.
Now, here I am, feeling amazing, fit, and like I'm just getting started.
One big takeaway? It's not about being the best, but about constantly improving.
It never gets easier, you just get better.
And better has no finish line.
