This is your toolkit to avoid a heart attack! Heart disease is 100% preventable if you manage your risks, get your heart health evaluated, and take action. This process happens every day in my practice and across the world, but too many men avoid it. Even if your fitness and lifestyle are on point, if you live long enough heart disease is likely.
