Majority of people think they are practicing healthy habits when in reality those healthy habits are not so great for them.

There is so much information out there, and with so much information you can get lost in it and it can become harder to differentiate what is actually good for you versus what is not.

Let's look at some things you may be doing and find out if they really are healthy for you or not.

Journal Prompts:

  1. What things do you do daily that you believe are healthy?
  2. Do you convince yourself that what you are doing is healthy, knowing that it isn’t?
  3. Where do you get your health information from?
  4. Do you have any resistance to health information?
  5. In what ways are you harming your health?
