It is day 4 and the tribes are settling in and learning more about each other:

* At the Blue Collar tribe Dan has gone swimming and lost his “manties” and has made a makeshift pair out of his shirt and belt – hmm, was this a bad misfortune or a plan to change the tribe’s impression of him from annoying to the funny man

* The White Collar team is struggling with the day to day jobs that must be done – they just have been able to make fire. But in keeping with the trend about learning more about each other Matt goes for “Hatch 2.0″ and strips down and goes skinny dipping. Shirin joins the fun but just bares her bottom and does the dishes. Hmm?

* The No Collar tribe is finding Nina feeling left out and alone as Jenn and Hali don’t include her and are finding it hard to talk to her

Challenge:

Each tribe must dive into the water and swim to a platform. From there they must move a buoy along a string through an obstacle. Once through the first obstacle they must swim the bouy over to another obstacle and move it through that obstacle while it is still attached to the rope. Then finally they take the bouy to the end platform. Once each team gets all five buoys to the fial platform they must shoot all five into a basket. No collar has the lead until Will gets caught up in the water, the race is still close though until all tribes begin tossing the balls into the basket. Joe and the red team can not make one basket while Joaquin and the yellow team dominate and get all five balls in quickly. White collar teams Wins! Blue collar team comes in second! No collar team gets a date with Jeff at tribal council. Along with the immunity idol, the white collar tribe takes home a complete fishing kit and the blue collar tribe takes home a line, lures and spear.

Tribal:

Vince and Nina want Jenn out and believe they have Will along on their side. Jenn and Joe want Vince out but then question if they should focus on keeping the tribe strong and vote Nina out. In the end the votes are 1 vote Nina, 2 votes Jenn and 3 votes Vince.
