Some countries rely heavily on imported food and raw materials to grow food locally. With supply chain and climate change-related disruptions, real-time solutions need to be explored and implemented. Rupert Claxton, Meat and Livestock Director at Girafood highlights the problems and solutions for this by addressing the following: 1) Examples of Asian countries at risk of food security. 2) How can they navigate supply chain and climate-related disruptions. 3) Collaborative efforts that governments can embark on within the region. 4) What would be the basis of strengthening food security?
