I believe in the power of community, the strength of shared experiences, and the magic that happens when women support each other. That's why this is more than just a retreat coaching service – it's a sisterhood, a movement, a force to be reckoned with.

In my spare time (which, let's be honest, isn't much), you'll find me with my kiddos or pups, experimenting in the kitchen, or planning our next travel adventure. I'm a firm believer in living life to the fullest and finding joy in the little things. So, here I am – an entrepreneur, a mentor, a friend.
