In this episode, Mat Morris and Nancy Elliott talk about what it takes to get started on an large project, with a focus on what it really takes to actually write a book. They break the process of writing a book down to bite-sized pieces that can be easily managed. Mat shares his experience and process with writing and completing nearly twenty different books and discusses some of the things he's learned about the process along the way. He then relates the process of writing a book to what he went through when launching the Author Strong Podcast.
