Christine started life as a church girl who abandoned her religious upbringing. She ended up a high school dropout, drug addict, criminal, and victim of sexual assault. Her crooked path continued when she landed in prison. Through it all, her mother prayed. The power of her mother's faith interceded on Christine's behalf when she had lost all hope.
