Human-centred design is a creative approach to problem-solving that starts with people and ends with innovative solutions that are tailor-made to suit their needs. When you understand the people you are trying to reach, and then design from their perspective, not only will you arrive at unexpected answers, but you will come up with ideas that they will embrace. In this episode, we interact with Narendra Ghate, Head of Research, UX, and Service Design at Tata Elxsi. He was one of the founder members of the Design BU. With nearly three decades of experience, Narendra holds his expertise in consumer products, B2B products & Automotive products.
