In parts of the world people are moving closer to the independency from the grid, creating their own energy in which they can store energy in a virtual account and recall it back from the grid. In this episode Stephan sits down with Ramesh Natarajan a thermal management expert working in the home-storage space. In this episode we explore cloud-based energy, electric home storage systems, differences between traction and home storage systems, battery swapping technologies and more.
Ramesh Natarajan is 34 years old. Before moving to Europe in 2010, he completed his bachelor's of mechanical engineering in India. He then completed his double-masters degree in Wales & Germany, after which he started his electromobility career at BMW as a thermal management expert, working in programs such as i3, i8, Gen1-5.
