Karamba Security’s XGuard is an integrated solution of embedded software agents and a cloud-based backend. XGuard agents deterministically prevent malware and fileless attacks. The backend engine detects anomalous behavior and provides proactive alerts about suspicious devices.
Nir has over 20 years of leadership and business experience, primarily in cybersecurity, embedded software, and networking. At Karamba Security, Nir leads the company's business activities in North America, focusing on strategic collaborations with automotive OEMs and Tier-1s, and F500 manufacturers.

Before Karamba, Nir held various executive roles at Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ:AKAM) cloud security division and Jungo, which Cisco Systems acquired.

Nir started his career at the Engineering organization of Checkpoint Software Technologies (NASDAQ:CHKP) where he assumed various leadership positions in the FW-1 group.

Nir holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Science with honors from Technion University.
