Mr. Brian Williams is a Kindness Ninja who has been practicing his craft of kindness since he was very young. Mr. Williams is a 4th degree black belt in martial arts. He is the founder of the company ThinkKindness that believes that even a small little act of kindness can have a ripple effect on a school and spread to a create a culture of kindness. He has spoken at over 250,000 students around the country and believes in not just coming to a school for a 1 hour assembly and leaving, he believes in spending time with the schools and creating a culture of kindness with a 15 day kindness challenge. He's inspiring youth to spread kindness in the little things that they do. In this episode, Williams discusses his life journey through martial arts and how that inspired him to create the kindness ninja movement. Later, Josh joins Taya and Brayden to discuss the idea of being a kindness ninja, practice mindset, and looking for kindness all around you.
