Here we are finally the first episode! I'm super excited and nervous and all the things.
Forgive me during this sharp learning curve.
Today we are talking about Prenatal Care. Specifically, 1)What is prenatal care? 2) How often do you have prenatal visits? 3) What does a prenatal visit include, and 4) How to make the most out of your visits.
I wanted to start with something that from my experience, often pregnant women aren't to sure about as it really isn't covered in a lot of education. Please be sure to reach out and comment with any topic ideas or email me with any information you think would help the listeners...all two of you!
