In this latest episode of the Deep Dive spinoff, Gaius is joined by Alex and Dean of the Return Revenge Resurrection podcast and the other half of Back To The Blockbuster, Jackson, to take a trip back to the woods to chat up 2016’s The Witch. Written and directed by Robert Eggers in his feature directorial debut, the film stars Anya Taylor-Joy in her film debut, alongside Ralph Ineson, Kate Dickie, Harvey Scrimshaw, Ellie Grainger, and Lucas Dawson. Set in 1630s New England, the plot follows a Puritan family who encounters forces of evil in the woods beyond their farm.
