The end of the year is a great time to assess how things have been going in your life and the people who made it better or special. It is also great to take an inventory of the people that brought drama or negativity to your life. No matter how much you care about or love someone if they are not making your life better or bringing you down, it may be time to reevaluate their place. You have to address and possibly cut off the folks that are holding you back. In this week’s episode I discuss how toxic people affect you and why you may need to release them from your life. I also shed light on a situation of a listener with an unpredictable and abusive boyfriend.
