Julia Malone is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has 10 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families who are navigating through the complexities of life and relationships. Julia specializes in individuals with complex trauma, people pleasing and perfectionism along with parent child relationships. Julia has worked in many different therapeutic settings such as community mental health, school counseling, domestic violence programs, group and private practices. Most recently, Julia opened her own Group Private Practice called Balance and Bloom Therapy serving individuals and couples who want to work through their relational trauma and parents wanting to break the generational cycle within their own family. Julia has a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ and military community as well.
