Hello there! Welcome back, and thanks for joining me today for the Balanced Living Podcast, Episode 18!

Today’s podcast comes to you from the road (literally)… with a review, or maybe “overview” of Hal Elrod’s best-selling book called The Miracle Morning.

I’m a total believer in having a solid morning routine, and this book takes that concept and breaks it wide open, diving into specific and clear suggestions on how to put your own morning success routine into practice with a concept called “Life S.A.V.E.R.S.”

So in today’s episode, I’ll give you a brief overview of what each part of the SAVERS acronym means, just to get you thinking about the concept. You’re going to want to pick up the book, then, to get the full picture!
