Dan and Kypp started "The Industry Podcast" about 2 years ago. Their show attempts to tell the stories of people in the service industry. They have interviewed several well-known bartenders, servers, and chefs from all around the world. Dan and Kypp attempt to keep the conversations loose so they can flesh out any interesting topics that may naturally arise. Dan has worked occasionally in the service industry since 1993. Kypp has a 30+ year career in the industry and has opened and owned 4 bars himself.
