Ernso Pierre GM of the Haiti National Team program along with the President of the Haiti Baseball Federation and staff have looked at other countries failures in developing the game and hope to not duplicate those mistakes.

Haiti baseballs foundation of developing baseball players include two very important things, one education, education and education along with developing baseball skills. They must go hand and hand.

They want their players to be well educated in school before they go to the USA High School, College or professional level. This will give them a much better chance to survive in baseball and in life.

Ernso is an up-and-coming executive who simply understands how to grow a sport in their country.
