In today’s BCI’s Distinguished Leader Series, we are continuing the conversation with Marianne Haegeli from NSITE on why routine eye exams are essential, simple assistive technology that can support inclusion in the workforce as well as things your organization can do to be more inclusive to the blind, low vision, and neurodiverse community.

Marianne has more than 20 years of experience as a Learning and Leadership Development professional with engagements in nonprofit, public, and private sector environments. Prior to joining NSITE, she initiated and managed start-up and ongoing immigration information operations for the U.S. Department of State worldwide and served as the Business Manager of an international school. Most recently, she led operations and innovation efforts of professional learning services for the world’s largest nonprofit association dedicated to international education and exchange. Marianne holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communications from the University of Maryland.
