Jill explores three topics in this episode on her way out the door in an unexpected birthday surprise to see Pink in concert.
1) Flipping the response to unexpected obstacles from "this is a sign I shouldn't move forward" to "what if this is testing my willingness to really claim this as mine?"
2) Expression vs explanation ....what that means, how it shows up and why it matters.
3) How being willing to be a beginner and risk looking bad grows us. This is a great journal prompt to look at why we do or don't do this and in what areas of our life we play it safe and in what areas we take risks.
