This is a special episode where the roles are reversed! Jill is being interviewed by the amazing hosts of Liberated Podcast.

Sandy and Michelle say…

“In this episode, we chat with the amazing Jill Herman, our dear friend and host of the Top 100 Podcast BE YOU. She is also a Certified Trauma Informed Coach, successful entrepreneur and all round Goddess on the path of life. Jill is authentically herself, knows her truth and always shares her story with vulnerability. She gets real about what it took to blend kids with her husband TK and how their intention was the key to them thriving. She does not shy away from talking about the hard parts of bringing two families together and her honesty is so refreshing. From attachments, alcoholism, business success, finding yourself and unapologetically following your heart... you guys are in for a treat with this conversation!”

[45:10] - Sticking strictly to traditions is a way to stay in control.

[53:57] - Because of the intentionality, communication, and surrender, this blended family is in such a great place even after all the shit thrown at them.

[60:10] - Jill truly stepped out of her cage and continues to live outside of it, even though it is so easy to get back in.

[62:37] - Although they have both done a ton of work on themselves, time and space was crucial.

[67:39] - Even though the “hatch was shut,” Jill and TK used the word “divorce” as a threat.

[72:17] - Boundaries will only work for so long without doing the work on yourself.

[75:44] - Never look outward at another person and look at the work they still need to do. Only look at the work you need to do.
