I asked what they wanted to talk about and Nurse Val chose advice on hydrating dry skin, especially if you have an oily-prone face. Meanwhile, Emily chose tips to avoid student acne for our listeners that are still in school! Acne can have multiple causes, from hormonal issues to environmental issues, and it can even be caused by skincare items in your routine you thought was good for you! Tune in for tips on these issues!
